innovation, human resources strategy, organizational development, and
enterprise-wide change management.
Melissa has built HR departments from the ground up and led multiple teams
through turnaround initiatives. She has worked with non-profits and government
entities and understands their unique cultures. She has also worked with
for-profits dedicated to bringing value to customers and driving business
outcomes for shareholders. Her experience spans the full HR cycle and
includes strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding,
compensation, benefits, labor relations, employee relations, performance management,
system implementation, leadership development, organizational and
professional development, compliance management, and strategic measurement.
Melissa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of
Colorado – Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University
